Qualifikationen

• Strategic retail leadership across global markets.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders across Brand, Planning, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital.
• Proven track record delivering commercial results while balancing brand and customer experience.
• Experience in retail network expansion and store concepts development.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Define retail LRP goals aligned with GM and VP Retail to drive revenue and margins.
• Translate brand and financial goals into a clear retail trading plan with Planning, Merch, and Brand.
• Lead in-season trading decisions for full price and outlets.
• Lead the go-to-market process and seasonal execution aligned with store concept.
• Own the end-to-end store customer experience and elevate service models.
• Oversee store lifecycle, openings, closures, relocations, with distribution strategy.
