Vans is looking for an exceptional Head of Brand Retail to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will lead the brand’s retail performance across EMEA, translating the brand strategy into commercially impactful consumer-led retail execution and driving revenue, margins and store experience.

As a strategic retail leader, you will guide store concepts, tiering, seasonal calendars, and manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure strong brand expression through VM, storytelling and service

Qualifikationen

• Solid retail leadership experience, ideally in global fashion brands.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial results and balance brand equity with financial targets.
• Exceptional collaboration and influencing capabilities across senior stakeholders.
• Experience in retail network expansion and store concept development.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end retail planning and trading for the brand across EMEA.
• Translate brand strategy into in-store execution and consumer experience.
• Define retail LRP goals and responsible for revenue, margin and contribution targets.
• Guide store tiering and seasonal go-to-market calendars with Planning, Merchandising and Brand teams.
• Champion VM standards, store environment and storytelling across markets.
• Coach field leadership and maintain regular store presence to ensure execution.
