Job summary

Flink in Zürich is looking for its first Brand & Marketing hire to shape how we present ourselves to the world. You will own look, feel, and message, collaborate with the CEO, and drive content across our website, social channels, and campaigns.

We value taste, energy, and drive over years of experience; junior profiles are welcome. You’ll lead visuals, storytelling, events, and internal branding while partnering with the Growth team to align goals and audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for design and visuals.
• Creative and proactive with ideas.
• Hands-on with Figma, Adobe CS and Canva for content.
• Portfolio showing taste across professional or student work.
• Organisational talent to juggle events, site updates and shoots.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curiosity about technology and robotics.
• First experience in branding, marketing or communications.

Responsibilities

• Own our look and feel and guard Flink's visual identity.
• Run our website: fresh pages, news, job posts, visuals.
• Build our social presence on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Run marketing campaigns with the Growth team.
• Tell our story visually with photos, videos, graphics and animations.
• Organise events from trade fairs to meetups.
• Make our office and space look amazing.
• Strengthen employer brand to attract top engineers.
• Bring the brand inside with internal comms and swag.
