Job summary

Flink Robotics, a fast-paced startup spun out of ETH Zurich's Computational Robotics Lab, is seeking a Growth Associate Intern to join our commercial team and help scale our robots in the market. Based in Zurich, you will work closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives from investor materials to partnership outreach.

You will take ownership of operations, support talent management and hiring, and research new markets and industry events worth pursuing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
• Graduating student or recent graduate (minimum 4th semester of Bachelor's).
• Interest in robotics and commercial applications.
• Experience in strategy consulting, startup environments, or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives, from investor materials to partnership outreach
• Take ownership of the operational and administrative work that comes with scaling a startup
• Support talent management and hiring across our open roles, working closely with hiring managers
• Research and evaluate new markets, customers, and industry events worth pursuing
• Support planning and logistics for company events and initiatives
