Flink in Zürich is looking for its first Brand & Marketing hire to shape how we present ourselves to the world. You will own look, feel, and message, collaborate with the CEO, and drive content across our website, social channels, and campaigns.

We value taste, energy, and drive over years of experience; junior profiles are welcome. You’ll lead visuals, storytelling, events, and internal branding while partnering with the Growth team to align goals and audiences.

Qualificações

• Strong eye for design and visuals.

About Flink

Flink Robotics delivers superhuman physical work. We are a Zürich-based deep tech startup developing a physics-based world model that lets machines reason about the physical world and do work robots couldn't do before - starting with logistics.

We're a team of engineers and researchers with roots at ETH Zürich, backed by leading European investors. The technology is ambitious; now we want the way we look and show up to match it.

The role

You make Flink look as cool from the outside as it is on the inside. As our first brand & marketing hire, you own how Flink shows up to the world and help shape how it feels to work here.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of ownership from day one. You'll work directly with the CEO and the whole team, and you'll have real freedom to set the tone. We care more about taste, energy and drive than years of experience; junior profiles are very welcome.

What you'll do

• Own our look and feel. Evolve and guard Flink's visual identity. Logo use, colours, typography, photo and video style: and make sure everything we put out is consistent.


• Run our website. Keep flink.so fresh, fast and on-message: new pages, news, job posts, visuals. Work with freelancers or agencies where needed.


• Build our social presence. Plan and create content for LinkedIn and other channels. Robot footage, behind-the-scenes, team stories, milestones and grow an audience that gets excited about what we do.


• Run marketing campaigns. Turn our story into campaigns, from product launches and trade fair pushes to customer and recruiting campaigns. You own the creative and the message, and work closely with the Growth team on goals, audiences and channels.


• Tell our story visually. Create or coordinate photos, videos, graphics and animations of our robots and technology. Support pitch decks, investor updates and sales materials so they look world-class.


• Organise events. From trade fairs and demo days to meetups, customer visits and team events. Plan them, run them and make them memorable.


• Make our space amazing. Shape how our office and workshop look and feel, so every visitor - investor, customer or candidate - gets the Flink vibe.


• Strengthen our employer brand. Help us attract top engineers: careers page, job ads, recruiting content, how candidates experience Flink.


• Bring the brand inside. Help build team culture through internal communication, onboarding touches, swag; you name it.

What you bring

• A strong eye for design and visuals: you know what looks great.


• Creativity and ideas of your own: you don't wait for a brief to start making things


• Hands-on skills in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and comfort creating content for social media


• A portfolio that shows your taste: professional, freelance, student or side projects all count


• Organisational talent: you can juggle an event, a website update and a video shoot in the same week


• Excellent written and spoken English


• Curiosity about technology and robotics: you don't need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what we build


• First experience in branding, marketing, design or communications (internships count)
