Collège du Léman is seeking a Boarding House Tutor to support students in daily boarding life and wellbeing. You will work closely with House Parents to maintain a safe, inclusive environment and promote independence and resilience.

The role suits individuals aiming to gain experience in education, youth development, or pastoral care, with opportunities to participate in activities, excursions, and a structured, supportive community.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience working with children or young people is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and reliability in a busy boarding setting.

Aufgaben

• Pastoral care: provide emotional support and guidance to students alongside House Parents.
• Community leadership: foster an inclusive, respectful, and active boarding environment.
• Activity involvement: support evening, weekend, and holiday activity schedules.
• Operational support: assist with meals, laundry, wake-up and bedtime routines.
• Administrative duties: record attendance and contribute to progress reports.
