Qualifikationen

• More than 3 years of work experience in residential, pastoral or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and safeguarding mindset.

Aufgaben

• General residential support and safeguarding of students.
• Act as a tutor for a small group and provide guidance in academic and pastoral areas.
• Support teaching or coaching staff in drama, music, sport or other areas.
• Assist the Houseparent to promote welfare and security and maintain records.
• Attend training and supervise evening, weekend, and overnight duties.
