This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent English, and a willingness to live on campus on duty, with accommodation and meals provided. You will collaborate with counseling, health services, and teaching staff to monitor wellbeing,

Qualifikationen

• Experience with children or young people.
• Proactive and positive mindset with resilience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of French is a significant asset in a bilingual environment.
• Valid driving license for occasional transportation.

Aufgaben

• Pastoral Care: act in loco parentis to ensure emotional, social, and physical well-being of students; stay overnight when on duty.
• Academic Tracking: monitor academic progress and liaise with teachers.
• Community Leadership: foster teamwork, respect, and responsibility among boarders.
• Activity Involvement: lead by example in student activities and interests.
• Operational Support: manage daily logistics, dining supervision, weekend activities, and transportation.
• Communication: maintain regular updates with parents about well-being and development.
• Crisis Management: respond to maintenance issues or emergencies using protocols.
• Administrative Duties: maintain records and support smooth boarding operations.
• Role Modeling: demonstrate empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
