Collège du Léman in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking an energetic House Parent to support a dynamic boarding community. You will act as a mentor, ensure students’ wellbeing, and lead by example in activities and daily routines.

The role requires a proactive, positive mindset, strong English communication, and a willingness to drive when needed. On-site accommodation is provided during duty periods.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with children or young people is required.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.
• Able to drive and transport students when needed.
• Positive, proactive attitude and resilience.

Aufgaben

• Pastoral Care: act in loco parentis to support students' wellbeing; stay overnight on duty.
• Academic Tracking: monitor progress and liaise with teachers.
• Community Leadership: foster a positive house culture.
• Activity Involvement: lead and participate in student activities.
• Operational Support: supervise dining, activities, and transport as needed.
• Communication: update parents on well-being and progress.
• Crisis Management: respond to emergencies per protocols.
• Administrative Duties: maintain records for boarding operations.
• Role Modeling: demonstrate empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
