Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or similar roles.
• GMP/cGMP environment familiarity.
• Professional English; German is an asset.
• Willingness to work a 4-shift rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations per procedures and cGMP standards.
• Participate in biopharmaceutical manufacturing activities.
• Identify, analyze, and report deviations or anomalies in production.
• Execute production steps, perform calculations, and complete records.
• Ensure accuracy of production records and data compliance.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environment and quality requirements.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members when needed.

Your mission :

As part of the biotechnology production team, you will contribute to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with cGMP quality requirements and safety procedures.

You will be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensure full traceability of operations, and contribute to the smooth execution of production activities.

Your responsibilities :

• Perform production operations in compliance with established procedures and cGMP standards.
• Participate in various activities within biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Identify, analyze, and report deviations or anomalies encountered during production.
• Execute production steps, perform associated calculations, and complete production documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of production records and compliance of manufacturing data.
• Strictly follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality requirements.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members when required.

Your profile :

• Completed education in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• Initial experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing (Operator, Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or similar role).
• Good understanding of GMP/cGMP environments.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and procedural compliance.
• Professional level of English; German language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift rotation schedule with flexibility.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
