Aufgaben

• Support the execution of production campaigns, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and delivery objectives.
• Act as a key contact for production-related issues, investigations, escalations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Support the technical readiness of manufacturing suites and equipment and the implementation of technical changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and best practices across manufacturing operations.
• Participate in risk assessments, inspections, compliance activities, and CAPA implementation.
• Support Production Leaders with communication, training, onboarding, coaching, and employee development.
