Lonza Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to identify and lead strategic improvements across the organization in a biotech/pharma GMP setting. You will drive governance, deliver change management with a team of SMEs, and align with site leadership on priorities to benefit customers.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, science, or business, PMP/Prince2 experience, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience delivering projects in biotech, pharma or chemical GMP environments.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize key messages.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Aufgaben

• Identify critical issues across the organization and lead strategic analysis and design.
• Prioritize improvements with senior stakeholders on site based on customer needs.
• Lead decision making with site leadership and governance structures.
• Drive delivery of improvements and change management with SMEs.
• Ensure alignment and create synergies with local programs.
• Provide ongoing reporting and escalation as required.
• Collaborate with other project managers to share best practices.
