You will serve as the main customer contact, guiding cross-functional teams in a matrix setup to achieve quality, timelines and cost targets. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and proactive risk management, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field; PhD is a plus.
• Experience in project or program management in pharma or CDMO.
• Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and organizational factors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and drug substance development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
