Zusammenfassung

Actalent seeks Manufacturing Associates III/IV to support biologics manufacturing in a highly automated GMP facility in Switzerland. Roles cover Upstream Processing (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP) with a 6-month contract and a 5-shift rotation schedule.

English required (min B1). Candidates should have a completed degree or equivalent in Biotechnology or Life Sciences and prior GMP biotech experience, with familiarity in either mammalian cell culture or purification processes.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree, apprenticeship, or technical training in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Bioprocessing, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience as a Manufacturing Associate in a GMP biotech/pharma environment.
• Experience with either Upstream (USP) mammalian cell culture or Downstream (DSP) purification (chromatography/filtration).
• Comfort with highly automated manufacturing systems and electronic batch records.
• Strong IT skills and digital manufacturing experience.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B1).
• Willingness to work a 5-shift rotation.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor mammalian cell culture processes within bioreactors (USP).
• Execute GMP manufacturing activities according to electronic batch records.
• Support process monitoring, troubleshooting, and deviation investigations.
• Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and documentation.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and quality compliance.
• Execute purification activities including chromatography and filtration (DSP).
• Operate and monitor downstream manufacturing equipment.
• Complete manufacturing activities using electronic batch records.
• Support process improvements and troubleshooting; maintain documentation.
