Zusammenfassung

Lonza Group Ltd. in Visp seeks an Operations Planner to manage shop floor scheduling for a large mammalian production facility. You will develop an integrated plan coordinating procurement, production, and maintenance, owning the Summary Production Schedule (SPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Requirements include a degree in supply chain or biotech, GMP production experience, and strong SAP ERP/MRP and MES knowledge. Business English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or biotechnology or corresponding training qualification.

Aufgaben

• Plan shop floor scheduling for Manufacturing Complex 2.
• Develop integrated plan coordinating procurement, leadership, production, quality, maintenance and engineering activities.
• Own and develop the SPS and MPS.
• Create detailed production, maintenance and resource plans.
• Develop strategies to anticipate bottlenecks and improve planning accuracy.
• Maintain scheduling tools/systems and train users in the facility.
• Define planning strategy for Manufacturing Complex 2 operations.
