Zusammenfassung

Experis Switzerland is seeking a Production Planner to support manufacturing planning, scheduling, and changeover activities at the SOL DS Manufacturing Site in Solothurn. You will develop daily production schedules and medium-term plans used by Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Engineering, Validation, and Plant Management.

The role requires at least an AA in a related field and 3–5 years of GMP experience, with the site location in Solothurn.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Associate’s degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a GMP regulated industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Develops and maintains the site daily production schedules and medium-term production plans across multiple departments.
• Supports changeover activities and ensures alignment with demand.
• Confirms resource requirements and communicates constraints with suggested alternatives.
• Drives issue resolution for project success and reports status to team and management.
• Interacts with Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Engineering, Validation, and Plant Management to coordinate planning activities.
