Zusammenfassung

CTC is seeking a Biospecimen Senior Specialist for a 12-month contract in the Zug area, Switzerland. You will manage end-to-end biorepository activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain rigorous data traceability in a validated environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Life Sciences degree with 1–3 years of biobanking or data management experience, English at least B2, and proficiency with LIMS and common office tools. German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss working permit or Swiss/EU citizenship required.
• Life sciences degree with 1–3 years in biobanking or data management.
• Experience handling biological specimens and potentially infectious material.
• Proficiency with LIMS or other validated systems and MS Office.
• English language proficiency at B2 or higher.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end biorepository activities and specimen requests.
• Maintain traceability, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies and import/export compliance.
• Ensure documentation in BAM processes and validated data sets.
• Interface with stakeholders to meet project timelines.
