CTC Resourcing Solutions AG invites applications for a Biospecimen Specialist to be based in the Zug area, Switzerland, on a 12-month contract with potential extension. You will autonomously lead the Employee Specimen Donation Program, manage biorepository activities, and coordinate timelines to ensure timely, compliant sample delivery for customers.

The role requires a life science degree (or master’s) with 1–3 years in biobanking or sample management, strong data handling skills, and fluency

Qualifikationen

• Life science degree with 1–3 years in sample acquisition or biobanking.
• Master's degree with some experience in sample management or biobanking.
• Experience handling biological specimens and willingness to work with potentially infectious material.

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute Employee Specimen Donation Program coordination and campaigns.
• Manage biorepository activities: processing, registration, shipment and inventory.
• End-to-end project management and customer support for specimen requests.
• Ensure import/export compliance with permitting agencies and stakeholders.
• Data management in LIMS and validated databases, with quality checks.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory records per BAM procedures.
