Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: business, science, engineering, information technology or related discipline.
• Advanced experience in Biologics GMP manufacturing with operational exposure.
• Leadership: proven ability to lead teams and promote collaboration.
• Language: fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Lead site portfolio governance: intake, validation, prioritization and reviews.
• Maintain an integrated site portfolio with local and global projects.
• Provide timely portfolio status, milestones, financials, risks and benefits.
• Coordinate prioritization and scenario planning with Site Leadership Team.
• Manage resource demand and capacity planning across site functions.
