Qualifikationen

• Analyse and interpret WGS and other genomic datasets.
• Evaluate sequencing quality, coverage, callability, and variants.
• Develop data visualizations, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support reproducible bioinformatics workflows and scripts.
• Assist in evaluating emerging genomic analysis approaches.
• Collaborate with scientists and multidisciplinary teams on genomics projects.
