Qualifikationen

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Preferred enrolment in a Master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

Aufgaben

• Assist in assessing and improving two operational workflows: delayed batched testing and the MSDS review process
• Map current delayed batched testing process with key steps, responsibilities, handoffs, decision points, and timing
• Review MSDS review workflow to identify bottlenecks, duplication and unclear responsibilities
• Gather staff feedback and analyze data to distinguish necessary waiting steps from avoidable delays
• Develop proposed workflows and prioritize improvements based on benefit, feasibility and quality
• Support a pilot of improvements, define measures to assess impact, and document next steps for process owners
