Zusammenfassung

Novartis is seeking a Master’s-degree student to join the Analytical Development / Bioanalytics (AD-BA) team in Basel, Switzerland. The role centers on developing assays to measure potency of novel biologics in a collaborative TRD Biologics Analytical Development unit.

You will work onsite in Basel from January 2027 for 6 months, with potential extension. English communication is essential; German is a plus. This is a Magnit Global contract assignment, not an employee role with Novartis.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or equivalent in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology or related field; MSc pursuing is acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement cell-based methods (FACS and/or plate reader) to characterize biotherapeutics.
• Optimize protocols for modification and labelling of proteins.
• Qualify methods and assess robustness where applicable.
• Document experiments and results in electronic systems.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and present results.
• Coordinate and share information with other departments.
