You will drive technical excellence, yield and quality improvements, and end-to-end product ownership in a high-volume semiconductor environment. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Product Management to industrialize new technologies and ensure strategic execution.

• Experience leading teams in semiconductor manufacturing or product engineering.
• Track record of coaching and developing high-performing engineers.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Engineers and Technicians.
• Drive technical excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end product quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Product Management to industrialize new tech.
• Direct prioritization of resources and removal of obstacles for strategic goals.
• Support transfer of new products into high-volume manufacturing.
