Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining servers and operating systems across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Ability to manage patching cycles, incident response and system availability.
• Configure and monitor system alerts and storage lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade hardware and software across managed systems.
• Configure and manage on-premises and cloud installations to consistent operational standards.
• Install and maintain servers and storage devices, including capacity and lifecycle management.
• Implement regular patching cycles.
• Configure and monitor system alerts.
• Respond to and resolve incidents impacting server or operating-system-level availability.
