Job summary

IMPACT Group in Zurich, Switzerland, seeks a bilingual (English/German) career coach for a part-time/contract role, remote with ~10 hours monthly. You will support relocation and outplacement solutions, coaching expatriates and local professionals through job search strategies, CV development, interviews, and cross-cultural transitions.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of coaching experience, with certification, and comfort working remotely with international clients.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience coaching others in job search.
• Certified Career and Transition Coach with cross-cultural experience.
• Proficiency in English and German; expat or repat experience preferred.
• Experience working with expatriates in Zurich, Switzerland.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to coach remotely.
• Experience with CV/résumé writing, interview prep and career marketing.

Responsibilities

• Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve goals.
• Guides participants through coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advises and coaches on career development, transition and cross-cultural issues.
• Coaches on CV/résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing and negotiating.
• Maintains electronic service delivery records for each participant serviced, per guidelines.
• Monitors progress of participants and supports job search skills and integration efforts.
