Job summary

Albinati Aeronautics SA, based in Switzerland, seeks a Customer Service Advisor to coordinate chartered flights and luxury services. You will engage with clients, liaise with Flight Operations, and ensure seamless service across Swiss and Maltese AOCs, contributing to a premium customer experience in business aviation.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, able to work shifts, and excels at multitasking, organization, and relationship building.

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English; additional languages a plus.
Willing to work on a shift basis.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and customer‑oriented approach.
Experience in business aviation or luxury services preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients: receive customer flight requests and coordinate with the Flight Operations department.
Coordinate services: arrange additional luxury services based on customer needs.
Liaise with stakeholders: communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor processes: ensure all steps are completed on time and monitor all flights and third-party services.
Build relationships: maintain strong communication with customers and company departments.
