Zusammenfassung

Collège du Léman in Geneva seeks a Temporary 100% Learning Support Teacher to provide flexible learning support across the school, identifying students’ learning needs and helping them reach their potential within the classroom whenever possible.

You will collaborate with teachers, school leaders, parents and external specialists to implement targeted interventions, prepare IEPs, maintain records and mentor assistants while upholding child protection guidelines and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• BA (QTS)/BSc (QTS) or equivalent; or BA/BSc with a PGCE/MA in Special Education.
• B.Ed or CAPSAIS/CAPA-SH qualification acceptable.
• Speech and Language Therapy experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement targeted interventions to develop literacy, numeracy and language skills.
• Provide in-class support or small-group pull-outs; 1:1 support as needed.
• Maintain records and provide progress feedback to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, counsellor and external specialists.
