Job summary

International Schools Partnership is seeking an Admissions Officer to support the admissions process by guiding prospective families through enquiries, applications, tours and interviews. The role reports to the Head of Admissions and collaborates with the Head of School and Regional Cluster Head of Admissions to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.

You will handle enquiries, process applications, maintain records, and support events and communications with stakeholders, while upholding ISP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
1–3 years of experience in the commercial “service” sector.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).
Strong data management and reporting skills; attention to data regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage Admissions Enquiries: respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits and provide programme information according to ISP policies.
Coordinate school tours and interviews with families and staff to ensure a welcoming experience.
Handle intake and processing of student applications and maintain records in the admissions database.
Maintain admissions database with accurate applicant information and generate reports as needed.
