Job summary

Envican GmbH in Switzerland is hiring for a commercial leader to reshape beverage packaging. You will drive opportunities from prospecting to closing, build relationships with decision-makers, and shape routes-to-market and marketing activations to support growth.

You will lead customer projects from first engagement through feasibility, trials, and commercial launch, coordinating with technical and production teams, and managing forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging Tech, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in beverage, packaging, or FMCG sectors.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, scale-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the prospect and customer opportunity funnel, from lead generation through to signed agreements.
• Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop priority customer segments, beverage categories, and growth opportunities.
• Propose and help shape route-to-market strategies and marketing activations, aligned with management; contribute to materials, trade fairs, and business cases.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements aligned with revenue and margin objectives.
• Lead customer projects from first engagement through feasibility, product validation, trials, and commercial launch.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and validation teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting; provide clear visibility on opportunities and priorities.
• Represent Envican at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
