PHENOGY AG is seeking a technically strong Technical Sales Engineer/Manager (f/m/d) to accelerate growth in the BESS market. You will act as the technical counterpart to customers and partners, translating complex requirements into commercially attractive and feasible energy storage solutions.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to align customer needs with internal capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 3+ years in technical sales, solution engineering, or similar.
• Strong understanding of battery systems, energy storage, and power electronics.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into viable BESS solutions.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the technical expert in the sales cycle for PHENOGY's BESS solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technically and commercially viable concepts.
• Present technical solutions and communicate their value to customers and partners.
• Design and propose customized BESS solutions and support proposal development.
• Conduct load profile analyses, ROI calculations and business-case assessments.
• Support tender, RFP, and customer qualification processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Product Management and Operations.
• Ensure feasibility and alignment with internal capabilities.
