Ricola in Switzerland is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Bern-Mittelland region. You will independently manage your sales territory, ensuring optimal product placement with customers, and actively expand relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other partners.

You will represent Ricola at trade shows and events, implement market strategies, and contribute to the growth of our Swiss business. Travel within the Bern/Mittelland region is required, and fluency in German (C2) is essential.

• Strategically expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for our brands.
• Marketing and sales activities are implemented in the market, while you identify trends and opportunities early.
• Monitor market developments to strengthen Ricola’s market position.
• Manage a diverse customer portfolio including wholesalers, food retail chains, department stores, kiosks, gas stations, pharmacies, and bakeries.
• Represent Ricola at trade shows, exhibitions and events hosted by our retail partners.
• Participate in regional and national sales events and support other sales regions when needed.
