Job summary

Marionnaud Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant for our Milan store. You will join the sales team, report directly to the Store Manager, and help customers choose products while driving loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for beauty. You will handle cash transactions, support colleagues, and contribute to merchandising and restocking initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail/jewelry/beauty sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for assisted sales.
• Ability to engage customers and provide tailored product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Promote product sales by advising customers on suitable items and ensuring loyalty.
• Carry out cash transactions and payments accurately.
• Support other sellers, restock shelves and assist with reordering.

For Our Store In Milan, We Are Looking For a Beauty Consultant. The Resource Inserted Within The Sales Team Will Report Directly To The Store Manager And Will Take Care Of

• Promote the sale of products by taking care of the customer, advising the latter to purchase the most appropriate product (also through flash tests), and ensuring their loyalty.
• carry out cash transactions and payments.
• support to other sellers, restocking and reordering.

Minimum experience of one / two years in the job is required.

The ideal profile has a passion for the sector, excellent interpersonal skills and predisposition to assisted sales.

Flexibility, motivation and passion complete the profile.
