We are seeking a skilled professional for exciting new and renovation construction projects in Eastern Switzerland and Zurich. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and experience in project and construction management, including construction and corporate management. Position:

Construction Client Representative / Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the planning and execution of large and complex new build and renovation projects in residential and commercial construction.
2. Lead and coordinate external planners, contractors, and total contractors.
3. Support clients throughout all construction phases.
4. Handle project management from pre-project planning to project handover.
5. Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
6. Perform minor construction management tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Degree in architecture or civil engineering (ETH/Bachelor/Master in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields).
2. At least 5 years of professional experience is preferred.
3. Junior construction managers with initial experience and ambitious goals are also welcome.
4. Well-organized, quality-conscious, and dynamic individuals are encouraged to apply.
