25hours is seeking a committed Spritz-bar employee for our new SPRITZ-BAR to bring passion for innovative drinks and guest well-being. You will work in a collaborative team, enjoy a 4-day work week as a full-time team member, and help craft Spritz and other cocktails for the restaurant and Bar.

Your day includes advising guests, stocking drinks, cash handling, and helping organize the bar area. We value flexibility, convivial service, and a willingness to explore new concepts with the team.

Formación

• Experience at the bar is required.
• Passion for drinks, especially aperitifs, spritz and cocktails.
• Reliable and independent work style.
• Strong communication and guest-friendly manner.
• Team player with organizational skills and trend interest in the bar scene.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve Spritz drinks and other cocktails for restaurant and bar.
• Advise guests on drinks and suggest combinations.
• Order and stock spirits and other beverages.
• Ensure quality and attractive presentation of drinks.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

• You take care of smooth processes and workplaces, so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even if all guests come at the same time.


• You enjoy working with people and taking care of the well-being of others.


• As a trained gastronome you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow in the guest's face


• Preparation and serving of creative Spritz drinks as well as other cocktails and long drinks for the restaurant and Bar


• Advising guests on our drinks and recommending suitable combinations


• Responsibility for ordering and stocking spirits and other drinks


• Ensuring the quality and attractive presentation of drinks


• Supporting the development of new Spritz creations


• Cash register activities and accounting at the end of the shift


• Organization and maintenance of the bar area

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• Experience at the baris required


• Passion for drinks, especially for aperitifs, bitters and spritz creations


• Basic knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktail preparation


• Reliable and independent way of working


• Strong communication skills and friendly manner towards guests


• Team player with organizational skills and an affinity for trends in the bar scene


• Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)


• You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like to discover new concepts


• You do not only bring your skills, but also your character
