Job summary

25hours Hotel Langstrasse in Zurich is seeking an F&B Assistant to support daily operations of the Food & Beverage teams. You will assist with administrative tasks, purchasing, and coordination with the Operations Manager and department heads to keep service running smoothly.

The role emphasizes getting hands-on experience in the bar scene, delivering friendly customer service, and being organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German is required and helpful English understanding is a plus.
• Interest in bar operations and willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.

How does your working day looks like...

As an F&B Assistant, you ensure that our Food & Beverage departments have everything they need for daily operations and support the administrative processes together with the Operations Manager and department heads. At our hotel in Zurich, we’re looking forward to welcoming you as our new F&B Assistant (m/f/d).

Qualifications
