coni + partner ag in Zurich (supporting a Geneva-based client) seeks an Internal Auditor/Process Risk Specialist to advance risk frameworks and controls in banking operations. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and robust data-driven risk assessment.

The candidate will contribute to end-to-end risk processes, develop risk methodologies, and support risk self-assessments, with English and French language proficiency. Swiss banking context preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
• Banking/internal audit/operational risk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of internal controls and governance.
• Fluent in English and French; German a plus.

Mansioni

• Ongoing review of operational risk scenarios based on IT data analysis.
• Ensure compliance and further development of internal control system.
• Analyze and evaluate key controls and risk mitigating measures in all processes.

Your Tasks:

• Ongoing review of operational risk scenarios based on the analysis of various IT data, including change management / Ensure compliance and further development of the internal control system / Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of key controls and risk mitigating measures in all processes / Analyzing operational incidents and processes / Reviewing systems for potential control weaknesses / Performing control testing / Performing regular testing of data quality of various data feeds / Further development of methodologies, procedures and reports / Supporting departments in conducting risk self-assessments and creating transparency in events, data interpretations and conclusions / Creating a culture of risk awareness for risk mitigation through targeted sustainability training / Ad hoc projects for senior management.

Your Profile:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration / CIA, CISA as an advantage / Banking experience gained in a Big Four company, in an internal audit or an operational risk department / Knowledge of private banking business and its processes / Knowledge of internal control systems and corporate governance / Experience with end-to-end risk audits / Experience with developing complex risk systems and change management as a project manager / Analytical and conceptual skills / High attention to details / Independent and team-orientated personality with a solution-oriented approach / Ability to work under time pressure / Strong communication skills / Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and/or Access/Power BI / Fluent in English and French, German as an advantage.
