Job summary

Vyntra is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to combine practical fraud prevention expertise with the ability to build long-term banking customer relationships. This hands-on, advisory role involves working across Vyntra to ensure customers realise lasting value from our solutions.

You will own relationships with financial institution customers, act as a trusted advisor on fraud detection, review needs and adoption, discuss detection rules and workflows, and lead reviews with measurable

Qualifications

Hands-on fraud detection and prevention experience in banking or fintech.
Ability to engage with fraud specialists and senior stakeholders.
Proactive, organised and commercially aware.
Fluent in English and French.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with a portfolio of financial institution customers.
Advise on fraud detection and prevention and optimise usage of Vyntra’s solutions.
Review customer needs, platform adoption and detection effectiveness; identify risks and opportunities.
Discuss fraud typologies, transaction monitoring, detection rules and tuning, alert quality and investigations workflows.
Lead customer reviews, workshops and improvement plans with measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, PS, Support and Sales to resolve challenges and capture feedback for product improvements.
Support retention and growth by demonstrating value and expanding use of solutions.
