Alpian Bank is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale the core of its digital banking platform in a cloud-native environment. You’ll design, develop, and own backend services powering wealth management and everyday banking for thousands of clients.

Bring 8+ years of backend engineering, strong Java skills, and experience with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD. Join a hybrid team in Geneva/Lausanne and help set long-term engineering direction.

Competenze

8+ years of backend engineering experience.
Strong Java proficiency.
Experience building REST/HTTP APIs in cloud-native setups.
Familiarity with event streaming and pub/sub architectures.
Solid knowledge of SQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and microservices environment.
A product mindset and a bias for action.
Excellent English communication skills.
