SICPA in Prilly, Switzerland seeks a Partnerships Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support across private joint ventures and B2G opportunities. You will serve as the operational anchor, coordinating between SICPA and local partners to deploy solutions to government clients.

Responsibilities include tracking obligations from shareholder agreements and NDAs, preparing dashboards and updates for the Partnerships Director, and coordinating communications and records.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, international business or related field.
• 2–4 years of partnership management or alliance operations experience.
• Experience with B2B2G or private consortiums is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Track obligations and deliverables from private shareholder agreements, NDAs, and related documents.
• Prepare operational dashboards, briefing notes, and status updates for the Partnerships Director ahead of JV and alignment meetings.
• Organize, document, and follow up on actions, decisions and open points from meetings.
• Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate due diligence activities for potential joint ventures and support governance processes.
