Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure or DevOps experience.
• Deep AWS expertise, including cost optimization.
• Production Kubernetes operations experience.
• Proficient in writing production-quality code and diagnosing issues in app codebases.
• Experience owning end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• AI-native approach: using agents for infrastructure work.

Aufgaben

• Own our AWS platform end to end across staging and production: EKS, RDS, MemoryDB/Redis, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, networking.
• Understand and reduce infrastructure costs while growing customer volume.
• Own CI/CD and developer productivity: faster pipelines, fewer flaky tests, better internal tooling.
• Keep Kubernetes workloads stable and scalable behind our AI features.
• Run identity and secrets management: Keycloak, SSO, OIDC.
• Build AI-agent workflows for infrastructure work and audits.
• Support external penetration tests and ISO 27001/audit evidence.
• Document core systems and runbooks to avoid single points of failure.
