Responsibilities:

• At least five years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Avaloq, with solid knowledge and experience of the Avaloq Payments, Securities Transfers and Reconciliation modules and this sector of activity.
• 3+ yrs. on Avaloq Payments, Securities Transfers and Reconciliation modules. SQL.
• Excellent knowledge of the business and environment of wealth management and banking transactions.
• Very good ability to organize and effectively lead sessions, workshops, and deal with often complex subjects with participants with very varied profiles.
• Excellent organizational skills, good resistance to stress and ability to manage priorities.
• Mastery of SQL query languages, as well as database access tools.
• Knowledge and practice of Agile methodology: an asset.

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Product Owner:

• Collect and study the needs expressed by the business lines concerned.
• Design and propose realistic IT solutions, in close collaboration with the development teams and the information system architects.
• Carry out analyses in order to integrate the new solutions into the existing information system and, where appropriate, specify the desired developments.
• Write and communicate functional specifications.
• Take charge of carrying out developments (Avaloq)
• Define functional test cases to validate the proposed solutions.
• Support the technical team (based in Portugal) by ensuring the liaison between the business lines and IT employees, to facilitate a good understanding of the requirements.

Outside the development phase:

• Conduct acceptance and non-regression tests (FAT). Provide the necessary assistance to the Business Lines during their tests (UAT) and in their Change Management activity; and thus enable the delivery of the solution.
• Support, document and analyze production incidents or user support requests requiring the business expertise of a Business Analyst (3rd level support).
• Assist in training and supporting the technical team in Portugal.
