You will manage full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, conduct client meetings, and place professionals in temporary and permanent roles, while delivering consultancy and negotiating agreements.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial qualification or relevant Office & Administration experience.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in business development or consultative sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/Salesforce experience beneficial.
• Fluent German; English is advantageous; valid Category B driver's licence.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and grow client relationships within the Office & Administration sector.
• Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: advertise vacancies, source candidates, interview.
• Recruit and place professionals in temporary and permanent roles.
• Maintain relationships with placed employees throughout assignments.

• Utilize recruitment and sales tools, including social media, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• Conduct sales meetings, provide recruitment consultancy, and negotiate agreements.
