Microavia Drones SA is seeking a Drone Assembly Technician to assemble, integrate, and test UAV systems in our Lugano, Switzerland facility. You will perform mechanical assembly, install electronics, inspect systems, and participate in ground and flight tests while referencing SolidWorks models and official documentation.

Strong hands-on mechanical skills and good English are required. Drones experience is preferred but not mandatory; occasional collaboration with international teams is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on mechanical skills.
• Solid knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Ability to understand mechanical assemblies, 3D models, and technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electromechanical systems.
• Systematic and precise approach to assembly and testing.
• Good working English.
• Drones experience is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Mechanical assembly of drones and subsystems.
• Installation and connection of electronic components
• System inspection, functional checks, and basic troubleshooting
• Preparation of aircraft for ground and flight testing
• Participation in flight tests and evaluation of test results
• Working with 3D CAD models and technical documentation in SolidWorks
• Making small design and CAD changes when required
