Technical Business Manager - agap2 Switzerland
agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Energy, Railway, Aerospace, Automotive, Infrastructure, Transportation, Chemicals, and Information Technology sectors.
As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.
You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.
Your responsibilities
- Execution of building services engineering projects on time and within budget
- Implementation of project management tasks and supervision of subcontractors
- Obtaining offers from subcontractors and coordinating suppliers in coordination with Supply
- Energy optimisation in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Technical management of technicians on site and reporting to the service manager
- Active customer support, advice and development of solution proposals
- Carrying out periodic control system maintenance, control system updates and system renewals and small orders
Your profile
- Higher education in the field of electrical engineering (BSc/MSc, FH engineer)
- Good communication skills to build and maintain a partnership with customers
- Industry experience in the field of control systems, building automation or industry / infrastructure
- Ideally professional experience in PLC programming, commissioning or servicing complex building management systems (BMS), measurement and control technology (MCR) or heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology (HVAC)
- Results-orientated, reliable and independent way of working
- Sound knowledge of the SCADA platform WinCC OA is a plus
- Knowledge of the WinCC OA specific programming language beneficial
- Fascination for the digital transformation in building automation
- Fluency in German and English
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel domestically
