Qualifikationen

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor/master’s degree in either Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics; a Swiss university degree is an asset.
• You should be in possession of a certified public accountants’ diploma or other similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.).
• 4-5 years’ experience in external audit; an experience in a Big Four is an asset.
• Strong experience in working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French is required – English is a strong asset; any additional language is considered as a plus.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and project management skills by efficiently planning and coordinating audit engagements, optimizing resource use, and meeting strict deadlines without compromising work quality.
• Experience in managing junior and intermediate auditors, managing field work of international companies, group audits and private client sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate well, establish strong working relationships, maintain a positive outlook, and work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of IT impacts on financial reporting and an interest in digital audit techniques and IT integration.
