Nestlé Deep Tech Center is seeking an Associate Robotics Specialist to identify, evaluate, develop and deploy advanced robotics and intelligent automation solutions across manufacturing. You will collaborate with project teams, R&D centers, factories and partners to accelerate Nestlé’s innovation mission and deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of robotics, automation, mechatronics or advanced engineering projects.
• Exposure to robotics integration, end-of-arm manipulation, mobile robotics, machine vision, sensors or robot safety.
• Proficiency with programming, data analysis, simulation or digital twin tools.

Responsibilities

• Building and applying robotics expertise to unlock smarter, safer and more efficient manufacturing solutions.
• Scouting and evaluating emerging technologies that can become practical, scalable automation concepts.
• Supporting robotics projects from early opportunity framing through proof of concept, pilot and industrial deployment.
• Delivering work packages across requirements, design reviews, commissioning, start-up and qualification with a focus on quality, safety and reliability.
• Translating validated concepts into maintainable automation solutions that can be reused across different use cases and environments.
• Sharing knowledge, documentation and training content that strengthens adoption and builds robotics capability across our community.
