As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with our Product Management team to support one of Tecan’s Liquid Handling platforms. Responsibilities

• Support market research and help gather insights about customer needs
• Work closely with your team and other departments to achieve shared goals
• Help promote Tecan products and initiatives
• Assist in developing strategies and marketing plans for our products
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time
• Track product performance and help with pricing analysis
• Support the product life cycle from idea to launch and beyond
• Join product development meetings and contribute your perspective

• You have a degree (or are about to graduate) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, a technical/scientific field, or similar experience
• You’re independent, can prioritize your work, and are not afraid to ask questions
• You’re a team player who fits well with others and communicates honestly
• You’re a self-starter who is eager to learn
• You’re open, curious, and want to make a difference
• You deliver on your commitments
• You’re comfortable communicating and presenting in English (German or other languages are a plus)
• Experience in sales, marketing, or the life sciences is helpful but not required
• Experience with laboratory automation and liquid handling platforms is a plus
• Ability to travel for work
