Your Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on trade and structured trade finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of investment, trade, and finance documentation.
• Advise on various derivatives trading agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders.
• Develop and improve standard contractual templates.

Your Profile:

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, including trade finance and structured finance.
• Strong understanding of trade-related financing issues and documentation.
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating derivative documentation.
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation for structured finance transactions.
• Working knowledge of applicable banking regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
