Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification legal experience in a legal department or law firm, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience advising on AI, data protection, privacy, cybersecurity and digital regulation for international markets.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex technology and data-related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded legal and compliance partner to business and technology on ex-US digital health, AI, data analytics initiatives.
• Assess and document legal risks relating to AI and data use, including privacy, IP, bias, and third-party risk.
• Monitor AI and data regulations; translate into pragmatic guidance, policies, and training.
• Negotiate tech, AI, data, cloud, SaaS, API, licensing agreements with data use provisions.
