The candidate must be passionate about pedagogy that relates to the Professional and Vocational side of the Hospitality business, about innovation and excellence with an entrepreneurial spirit and supporting the growth of our students and the faculty with dedication, empathy and insight. In addition, he / she must demonstrate strong leadership skills, embodying EHL's leadership principles, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster and nurture collaboration between members of our faculty, industry and educational partners.
Associate Dean EHL School of Practical Arts – Lausanne Campus
The mission of the Associate Dean of the EHL School of Practical Arts – Lausanne Campus, supported by the AP & Crem Programs Manager and the SPA Academic Manager, is to oversee the development, design, assessment, and continuous improvement of the AP, Crem, and other international curriculums. This role ensures the coherence and quality of each program, aligning Global Learning Outcomes (GLOs) for each subject and semester, and for the programs as a whole, while ensuring their integration with UGS & GS. The Associate Dean provides valuable input into strategic decisions that impact various programs and shares best practices and processes used in the undergraduate programs with the CAO, facilitating the rollout of the undergraduate curriculum across other campuses.
